Keep a Beach Body Wherever You Go

I’ve found an awesome new workout, P90X, that I love to take along with me while I’m traveling. My husband introduced it to me before he deployed. It was so easy to download Beach Body workouts to my iPod and use them at the gym, in a hotel room or even in the comfort of your own home.

My favorite of the popular Beach Body Series is Ab Ripper. It’s only 15 minutes and there are 300 exercises included! I also enjoy the P90X  Yoga as well. It’s a 90 minute session that uses Ashtanga, Vinyasa and a great Yoga ab section.

Below are a few links that you can use, especially while you’re traveling, to stay in shape. You can put them into your Smart Phone, whether it be an iPhone 4, Blackberry Curve, Android…or even your MAC Book or regular PC. These are great ways to remain fit while still enjoying your vacation!
